A shot film made by the Fukushima Collective Evacuation Trial Team. Kenichi Ido is a former judge who wrote an order to stop the operation of a nuclear power plant due to the security concerns. After the Fukushima Nuclear Disaster, he became a lawyer to support the victimes of the disaster. Now, he supports the Fukushima Collective Evacuation Trial Team to demand the government to implement mandatory evacuation programmes for the sake of protecting the lives of the children.

Fukushima Collective Evacuation Trial is a citizen's collective lawsuit demanding the local government of Koriyama City, Fukushima to evacuate the children to the areas under 1mS/y of background radioactive dose. If the case of the children in Koriyama is approved by the court, other aurthorities of the high radiation areas will have to embrace this standard and ensure children the unconditional support for the evacuation.
